CEO & President

Perry Thompson

Since joining Hat Creek in 1997, Perry has served as project manager on jobs that included site work, road building, bridge construction, paving and concrete work. He currently oversees overall company operations and has taken the lead in the strategic planning and growth of the company.

Vice President

Weston Hutchings

In 2009 Weston joined the Hat Creek Family and was appointed Operations Manager because of his extensive knowledge of heavy-highway construction and privately held commercial projects. Weston is now a shareholder and the Vice President of Hat Creek Construction, where he oversees the Construction Division.

CFO

Kristina Harris

In 2018 Kristina joined our team with 34 years of experience in the construction industry. In all, her Financial Operations Management experience spans $10M-$110M in annual revenue businesses. Kristina’s desire to support and develop others, reaches far beyond that with her time as a Founding Board Member for The Women’s Global Leadership Initiative in Sonoma County, the Chamber of Commerce Budget Committee for the City of Santa Rosa, the Contractor Alliance Association, the American Subcontractor Association and Vistage.

Materials Divisions Manager

Ron Criss

Ron came to Hat Creek Construction in 2018 with 29 years of experience. He has managed and bid heavy civil construction projects up to $50M with various Federal, State, private, and local agencies. He currently manages the material department for Hat Creek Construction.

Human Resource and Office Manager

Denise Williams

In 2010 Denise joined the Hat Creek Family as our Accounting and Human Resource Manager. Being forward facing and committed to the people in our company helps us remain successful in this competitive industry.

Project Manager

Rob Moseman

In 2015 Rob joined the Hat Creek Family and brought along his heavy civil and bridge experience to expand and enhance the Hat Creek expertise, allowing us to broaden our scope of self-performance work. His experience in construction operations in heavy civil, structures, business management, and closely held private companies has been an enhancement and terrific fit to the Hat Creek culture.

Chief Estimator

James Folsom

James came to Hat Creek Construction in 2010. He has estimated and managed numerous highway projects for Local, State and Federal agencies along with private clients in development and restoration. He currently serves as Chief Estimator for Hat Creek Construction & Materials, Inc.
